How we work

From diagnosis to result.

We do not stop at a strategic report. Every engagement ends with a concrete change in the client's market position.

1
Diagnosis

Market map

We analyse the competitive landscape — who leads, who stagnates, and exactly where your company stands — with data, not gut feeling.

2
Discovery

Breakthrough point

We identify the main unrealised potential or structural gap that competitors have not yet occupied.

3
Architecture

Change project

We design a concrete project: a new business model, M&A, partnership or entry into a new segment.

4
Execution

Result

We see it through to completion. Our interests align with yours — we care about the outcome, not the number of hours billed.

Our services

Two directions. One methodology.

Founder, rule-changer

For 25 years I have been solving the same problem — finding what is blocking a business from growing, when those inside can no longer see it.

I started as a CFO in manufacturing. Then 8 years as a managing partner in strategy consulting — over 100 completed projects across industries. Co-founder of a startup incubator, working with founders who had a product but no viable business model.

Most "operational" problems are business model problems in disguise. A company stops growing not because it is performing badly, but because it chose the wrong model to begin with — or the model has aged and developed structural flaws.

Every time —
the same pattern.

An "operational" problem that nobody could solve for years turns out to be a business model problem. Change the model — the business starts to grow.
